We collect the information you give us directly: your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, and the answers you provide in the Hidden Frame Assessment, application forms, and coaching onboarding forms.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your device type, browser, and the pages you view on this site.

To generate, save, email, and give you a permanent link to your assessment report.

To respond to you, schedule sessions, and deliver the coaching programs you purchase.

To send marketing communications, including the Gamechanger Text Letter, only where you have opted in.

To improve the content and performance of this website.

When you take the Hidden Frame Assessment we save each attempt separately, including the answers you select, any answers you change, how long each question takes, the questions you reach, and whether the attempt is completed or left unfinished. We also save your calculated results.

We use this to produce your report, to understand where the assessment can be improved, and to understand how we can better support the people who take it. If you complete the contact step, attempts taken with the same email address are connected to one internal record so we can see your history rather than isolated snapshots.

This analysis is first-party: your assessment answers and results are not sent to advertising platforms. Access is limited to authorized staff. You may request deletion of your assessment history at any time by contacting us.

Providing a mobile phone number does not by itself subscribe you to marketing text messages. We add you to the Gamechanger Text Letter only if you affirmatively check the consent box, and we record the exact consent wording, version, date, and page.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information with service providers who operate this site and our communications on our behalf — including our hosting, database, email, customer-relationship, text-messaging, scheduling, and payment providers. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and from marketing texts by replying STOP.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

We keep assessment results and contact records for as long as needed to provide your report and our services, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect them.
